Join Us, Because We’re Stronger Together
Welcome!
These are unprecedented times for parents who are facing new challenges because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve created a specialized virtual program in partnership with UBC designed to connect you with other parents going through the same thing in a private, secure network. This program, called Stronger Together, will give you access to evidence-based programs, tools and virtual coaching to help make each day a bit easier. By joining Stronger Together, you can access the Parenting During COVID-19 Community.
What is the ‘Parenting During COVID-19’ Community All About?
The Parenting During COVID-19 community is an app-based program all about supporting parents through the COVID-19 pandemic. We are here to help you learn more about how you can better support yourself and your child during this time. We will explore self care, burn out, mental wellbeing, emotions, our “new normal,” and some healthy habits for the whole family!
Not only will you get free virtual tools and connection in the palm of your hand, your participation will help us gather valuable information to ensure that parents have proper support in the future.
